In order to ensure efficient delivery times, once your order has been placed, we cannot make any changes or cancellations. Any delivery date or time provided is an estimate only, and Oro Lima assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage you may suffer due to reasonable or unavoidable delays in delivery. Once the order has been dispatched, Oro Lima accepts no liability for loss or damage suffered during transit.
As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You will then be able to track your order via the tracking link in the email or via this page: Track Order If you have not yet received your order, do not worry. It usually takes 5 to 10 days for your order to be shipped.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At Oro Lima, we are committed to customer satisfaction and accept returns of all products for any reason. The item and its packaging must be returned in perfect condition in order to process the return, please contact us at contact@orolima.com. We are here to facilitate the return process and ensure your experience with Oro Lima is the best possible.
Once you have confirmed your order by clicking on "Place order", unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to your order: You have 1 hour from confirmation to cancel the order: locate the order in your account section and select "Cancel order". If more than 1 hour has passed, it will no longer be possible to cancel the order and you will have to follow our returns process. For those of you who do not have a customer account, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to cancel the order for you. However, you can try to request the cancellation by sending us a message, although this will depend on the stage of the order preparation process. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
In the case that you have received an incorrect order, we ask that you contact us immediately, providing the following information to expedite the resolution of the problem: - Order number - Name of the item you should have received - Name of the item you received in error - A clear picture of the incorrect item Once we receive this information, our customer service team will work quickly to resolve the situation. The incorrect item may be required to be returned through our returns process. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in correcting this issue.
If you wish to return or exchange your order, you have a period of 30 days from receipt of the package. It is important to note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you prefer to make changes to your order, you also have a period of 30 days from receipt of the package. Please note that the return shipping costs will be your responsibility, but we will cover the shipping costs of the new item of your choice.
The refund process can take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on the service and the country from which you are returning the items. If your return has already been registered with our returns service, please wait for our team to contact you by email to confirm the refund.
Yes, unfortunately, the return shipping costs for your return are not covered by us. However, we will provide you with a return label, and the return costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Please note that, at the moment, we do not provide return labels for customers outside the EU.
